About:
MMEL aims to develop energy harvesting devices that convert mechanical energy generated in our surroundings into electrical energy using various insulating, semiconducting, and conducting materials. Our goal is to apply this technology as a power source for wearable and implantable medical devices. We also conduct research on the integration of eco-friendly biodegradable materials and systems with novel technologies for practical applications. We welcome individuals from diverse academic backgrounds including electrical engineering, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, and more who share our passion and enthusiasm for this field.
