About:

Yeoungjin Chang received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Semiconductor Display Engineering from the Kyung Hee University under the supervision of Dr. Jin Jang of the Department of Physics. He has been with the Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display from 1996 to 2017. Since 2017, he is currently a Professor with the Department of Semiconductor Display, Gachon University, Seongnam, Korea. He is the Chair of the Department of Semiconductor Display at Gachon University and the Principal Investigator(PI) of the Gachon University–Samsung Electronics industry–academia research project. His current research interests include semiconductor device, high-performance thin film transistor, next-generation display device, and next-generation semiconductor sensors and sensing applications.
