About:
SAIL (Semiconductor for AI Laboratory) conducts research on the design, fabrication, and characterization of silicon-based devices for next-generation semiconductor technologies. Building on this foundation, we develop high-density, low-power, and reliable semiconductor devices for Processing-in-Memory (PIM) and AI hardware, enabling future intelligent computing systems.
