About:
The Electronic Materials and Devices Laboratory at the Department of Semiconductor Engineering, Gachon University, focuses on the development of advanced electronic materials and next-generation semiconductor devices. The laboratory conducts research on amorphous oxide semiconductors, thin-film transistors, multi-value semiconductors, artificial intelligence-related device applications, and smart window technologies. Through thin-film deposition, device fabrication, electrical and optical characterization, and reliability analysis, EMADE Lab. aims to develop high-performance and highly stable electronic devices for future semiconductor, display, and neuromorphic computing applications.
